Description

1994 Ford F-150 XLT 5.8L extended cab pickup truck for sale. New tires, new transmission, strong running engine.I’ve used it the last few years for remodeling my house, making dump runs, and occasionally hauling a trailer. The 5.8L can tow a lot more than the 5.0 or i6.The truck has been very solid. I commuted from Arlington to seattle for a few months with no issues.I have a full set of authentic ford service manuals for the truck that will go with it.Good:- New transmission (E4OD) professionally installed with warranty. Less than 1,000 miles on it.- 5.8L (351w) V8 runs great. Starts instantly, even after sitting for a bit.- Interior and headliner is very clean- Drives straight and smooth. Suspension and alignment are good.-4WD engages smoothly- Newer BF Goodrich all terrain AT tires w/ less than 2k miles- New radiator and recent coolant flush.- No rust anywhere that I can see. Chassis is clean, body is clean, suspension is clean.- I added a Bluetooth stereo and put new speakers in.- I added a back up camera for easy trailer hook ups.- Large useful canopy is perfect for dump runs.Needs work:- Dash wiring harness can come loose, and needs a bonk to fix. When it’s loose, it causes the truck to shift hard. When it’s not loose, the ABS light is on, and the OD doesn’t switch.- Dent on the rear quarter- Clear coat on the roof is pretty shot. No rust.I have put a lot of money into the truck to make it nice and livable, but our project is winding down so I want to downsize.
