1995 Toyota Hilux - 4WD

1995 Toyota right hand drive imported gas truck. Bought it in 2021 with 6,900 original KM on it. Currently has 89,500 km, which is 56k miles. This is a Toyota 3Y engine which is an inline 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder, EFI engine. Comparable in reliability to the 22re, but a smaller 2 liter version.Please do your own research on this engine, it is highly reliable. (Side note: this truck will take you anywhere, but you better not be in a hurry. When loaded up with my family and camping gear, it will go 65, but you will be down shifting to 3rd to make it over the passes towards the Oregon coast. Fair warning; it’s a great truck but it is not fast)It was originally a fire truck, but I removed the fire truck bed and made a galvanized flatbed for it, measuring 64”x64”. There’s 2”x2” stake pockets in each corner of the bed so any type of rack, or sides can be fabricated and bolted in. I currently have a “unistrut” utility rack bolted on (self fabricated) which takes about 3 minutes to remove. Under the bed there are “Norweld” aluminum fender boxes. The driver side is a tool box with a locking door, the passenger side matches, but is a potable water tank (if you want to get into over-landing, or off grid adventures).New all-terrain tires 2 years ago (have receipt) and $1,500 in shocks and steering components from Schwab last week. Other than that just oil changes and filters. Manual windows, no AC, 5 speed manual, no airbags, 4 wheel high and low, manual locking hubs.
