2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4x4

Description

Selling my 2001 Silverado 2500HD. This is the desirable 8.1L Vortec big-block / Allison 1000 / 4WD combination and has been extensively upgraded and maintained.Truck runs strong and is set up for towing, hauling and recreational use. It has a lot of quality aftermarket parts rather than a bunch of cheap bolt-ons.Engine / Performance:8.1L Vortec 496 Big BlockAllison 1000 automatic transmissionJBA 1.75" ceramic-coated shorty headers – CARB compliantDual 3" exhaust into two 3" Dynomax Ultra Flo mufflersVolant PowerCore cold-air intakePorted throttle bodyBlack Bear Performance tuneUltra Power 8.1L Magnum spark plug wiresBrisk Racing spark plugsExtra-large Mishimoto transmission coolerPasses California smogSuspension / Steering / Brakes:Leveling keysKYB MonoMax truck shocksKYB steering stabilizerPowerStop Z36 Truck & Tow brake upgradeHeavy-duty solid cast-iron rear differential coverSolid-steel rear spacers to equalize front/rear track widthWheels / Exterior:Pro Comp 16x10 wheels – 8x6.5 bolt pattern / 4.5" backspacingPro Comp 32-piece M14x1.5 spline lug kitLarge off-road tiresFront brush/bumper guardAuxiliary LED lightingFive 7" round off-road lights20" GG Lighting LED light barCab marker lightsAftermarket headlights and taillightsAluminum diamond-plate crossover toolboxTowing / Utility:Fifth-wheel trailer readyElectric trailer brakesHeavy-duty receiver hitchInterior / Electronics:Denali gauge clusterPioneer AVH-521EX head unitKicker highs and midsBlue LED interior lightingThis is a 25-year-old truck with approximately 214k miles, so it isn't being represented as a perfect showroom truck. That said, it still presents very well and gets a lot of attention. The 8.1L/Allison trucks are getting increasingly difficult to find, especially in a regular-cab long-bed 4x4 configuration.Great truck for someone looking for an old-school big-block HD Chevy without diesel complexity.Clean title.$12,500 OBOSerious inquiries only.
