Description

Sooo, this truck...she was my work truck for several years, never ran perfectly but was more than enough to get me to work, errands, dump runs, whatever. I bought a new truck a few months ago and left this one parked. I just went out and she starts & runs still. We've never been able to find the secret fix to get it running smooth. Replaced with a new engine (first, with two different rebuilt engines that did not help, then a *new* engine. This was around the time of the pandemic but I'm not sure the exact date. I do wonder if the mechanic shop that put the new engine in did something weird because after the *new* engine install, it ran fine for a while then just started running rough again, but in a new different way. I believe I've put around 10/15k miles on the new engine. About 2 years ago, the tranny went out. Bought a new one and had it replaced. We have paid mechanic friends, went to a few different, other shops and spent quite a bit of money trying to get her running right but just never found the sweet spot. (New tranny was about idk, 8k miles ago, not sure.) If you're a mechanic/ knows how to fix stuff, she was a great work truck, when she was running ok. Replaced the battery like, a year, maybe 18 months ago max. new spark plugs in the past year/18 months. Lotsa little stuff like that that I can't really remember. Drivers side mirror casing/shell (?) broken and thusly it doesn't fold in and out Passenger side mirrorBiggest problem was getting up hills. No idea why but going up hills (sometimes just more steep ones, but as of late MOST hills) it just would barely chug up them. Seattle is very hilly so obviously, a problem. Coming home last time (few months ago) I drove her, she died on me going up a hill. She did start back up, and I made it home but Im just trying to give a potential new buyer all the info, so they know what's up. Interior is pretty gnarly. This was a work truck and I didn't really take care of the interior as I should've. See pictures for interior and exterior issues. For the time it's been sitting, looks like I should've opened up the windows at some point. Back drivers side tire is flat, but *should* be pumpable. Replaced a tire or two recently. See pics for exterior damage. I really just want to get this dealt with and put the $ towards my new truck. Clean title, ONE key. Security/alarm system. A few years back, thieves tried to steal it at my old place and messed up the driver's door lock, which happens to be the only keyed open door so that IS annoying too. Plenty of exterior little bumps and scratches. Only one really ugly one (see pictures.)Entertainment center screen still works great, cd player, can connect phone with Bluetooth to play music, speakers are fine, power doors, power windows, power seats (& they work!), Windshield cracked but doesn't obscure view. That's all I can think of right now. I will get the little bit stuff I have left in the truck out before purchase.Tabs are EXPIRED!!Cash or Paypal preferred. Meet in Leschi$1000 OBOI will need to get your information if you buy, so I can immediately complete the Vehicle Report of Sale. Thanks! Have a great day!
