Description
Hello CL, I'm selling my 2006 Limited Toyota Tundra. - the last (and best) year of the first gen. This is one of the nicest first gen Tundra's you will find. I'm the third owner of this beauty, and it has been meticulously kept. The exterior is an 8/10, there are some rock chips most of which have been professionally repaired, and the interior is a 9.5/10. No rips/tears in the leather, no stains on the carpet, has original, all-weather, Tundra mats. No cracks or scrapes in the dash, AC blows ice cold, heater/and front seat-heaters roast you in seconds. Most importantly it drives like the day it came off the assembly line, probably better with the 5100's on it. It is one of the nicest vehicles I've ever owned. Every time I drive it, I literally think about what a great truck it is. It accelerates so fast/smooth it's like butter. As I mentioned earlier it does have some paint chips in the front, but considering it's a 20 year old truck, it's in fantastic condition. All oil changes done on time with full synthetic oil, timing belt done a couple years back (have paperwork), has Bilstein 5100s all around, BFG KO2's with 80% remaining, 4wd system works great (only used occasionally to keep it working, never bonz'd hard), engine is spotless (you could eat off it 😆), new battery. Truck is basically completely stock with the exception of the Bilstein shocks, and a LEER tonneau cover.Anyway, I could go on and on about this truck, but I'll spare you. The only reason I'm selling it, is I want a 2nd gen for the tow capacity (mainly) and the CrewMax options. We just bought a small travel trailer, so I want the extra tow capacity. Honestly, the first gen tows it really well, but it's too nice to risk abusing it. The truck has 102k miles on it, which for these trucks barely broken in. It's not referred to as the "million-mile motor" for nothing. I have no doubt that with continued regular maintenance this truck could go a million miles - it just runs SO well. All records, and original window sticker available. Clean title and Carfax. This thing is a true unicorn, don't miss out on it. Ask for Jason: 76zero-56zero-7zerozero4. Asking $27,499. I just saw an '06 limited with 117k miles (and not as nice) go for $24k, also saw an '05 with 85k miles go got $29k. So, I feel like I'm right where I need to be on price. I've attempted to attach a couple links of similar trucks for price comparison, but CL is "blocking" them. I took a screenshot, so you guys can see. So, before you start messaging me, "you're dreaming", "you're a moron", do your research. If you're the typical CL troll, look elsewhere. These trucks are going up, and will continue to as Toyota goes with tech driven, smaller displacement, turbocharged, motors. I really hope Toyota brings back a NA V8 to the Tundra, but it doesn't look like it's going to be happening anytime soon. I don't need to sell this truck, I'm just testing the waters, so-to-speak.If it doesn't sell on CL/FB marketplace, I may do BaT, depending on the reserve they offer. That said, I'd rather avoid them if I can. It's a fair amount of work setting up the auction, plus it adds on 5% to the buyers side. So, again, don't wait on this truck. Scammers and lowball offers will be ignored. Please call/text to communicate. Will post more pics ASAP. Again, ask for Jason: 76zero-56zero-7zerozero4
